well last night was a blast! we were only expecting a handful of folks to come and had around 50 show up! alot had been to some fall festivals and were dressed up so i went to handing out candy! halloween early! tonight im looking for more folks to come! i also got to start taking pics!

2011 foggyfathoms is up and sailing!

its been a rough year at foggyfathoms but its worth the wait! the ELIZABETH DANE GHOSTSHIP is here.theres the season of the witch gathering,jasons tool shed,michael myers,pinhead and ghost face.theres a haunted bbq,spiders lair,and of course the mad lab and gallows.new this year is the soul of reapers cemetery,gravedigger cemetery,night of the living dead zombies,zombie baby daycareand a new grim reaper sentinal entrance.2011 pics will be coming soon!!!!! happy halloween!

winds on the high seas!

its a great rainy and windy day to be on the high seas at foggyfathoms! this year theres going to be many changes at ANTIOCH BAY! THE CREW OF THE ELIZABETH DANE WILL STILL BE RISING UP FROM THE DEPTHS! were working on a website for our yard.we got the design set up and were just tweaking it.hopefully we will have it on the net this week.were really excited! also i priced getting some foggyfathom t-shirts made.i also found a source for some weathered lumber,just need to ask permission to get the material from the owner.keep checking us out.this is going to be a big year for foggyfathoms!

foggyfathoms fright crew!

my foggyfathoms fright crew is itching to get started! i got my buddys,wes and vince ready for contruction dutys!fence,sheds,mausoleum,etc...my wife is working on website.wes has got me some free power utility poles.his dads going to cut them to lenth and deliver them.i'm going to use them to make pileings for the shipwreck scene and also mark walkway.also a friend of mines saving me a bunch of damage lumber.she works at a builders supply and was a tremendouse help last season.so i'm lining up supplys and jotting down things i want to do for the yard in 2011!

free whiskey barrel and wood crates!

i scored some awesome finds this week.while looking at getting some scrap lumber i seen a whiskey barrel.i asked the lady if its for sale and she said i could have it! it helped that we worked together for 15 years. also at work they are redoing a department and were going to throw away a bunch of wooden crates.i grabbed around 16 of them.they will be cargo boxes in my shipwreck scene! you just cant beat free!

this is a classic ghost tale of vengence!this movie inspired me to decorate my yard with a shipwreck theme.i built the elizabeth dane shipwreck.its a full size facade of a shipwreck.theres cannons,pirate ghost,gallows,pirate tavern and much,much more........
